Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing Mia Gemma Designs. We strive to provide efficient and reliable shipping services. Please review our shipping policy below:
DTF Transfer Orders:
- DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfer orders under $99 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $5.
- DTF transfer orders totaling $99 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Other Merchandise:
- Shipping rates for all other merchandise (excluding DTF transfers) are calculated based on the size of the order and the shipping destination within the contiguous United States.
Exclusions:
- The flat shipping fee applies nationwide, except for orders shipping to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, and the Virgin Islands.
- Shipping rates for orders to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, and the Virgin Islands will be calculated based on the order size and shipping destination.
Processing Time:
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
Shipping Methods:
- Standard shipping methods are used for all orders unless expedited shipping is requested (additional charges may apply).
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Restrictions:
- We currently only ship within the contiguous United States. We do not ship internationally or to APO/FPO addresses.
